Supervise and instruct BSN students during their clinical rotations.
Provide hands‑on guidance in OB/GYN or Pediatric clinical settings.
Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback.
Collaborate with academic faculty to align clinical instruction with curriculum goals.
Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
Active RN license in California (unencumbered).
Clinical expertise in Pediatrics or OB/GYN
.A passion for mentoring and developing future nurses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior teaching experience is required – we provide support and orientation to help you succeed in your role as an educator.
