ABA Program Supervisor – Burnett Therapeutic Services

Join our team as an ABA Program Supervisor in Richmond, CA. Full‑time with flexible schedules and travel to client homes and telehealth.

• Competitive hourly range: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience.
• Supervision hours toward BCBA licensure.

• Design, develop, and implement individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents up to 18 years.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists; review progress and provide coaching.
• Conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, Vineland‑III) and set target behaviors.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and produce written reports.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Manage session schedules and adjust as needed.
• Maintain supportive relationships and promote client independence.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ABA or related behavioral services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Availability for a consistent schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance;
  Physical (past year) and TB test (past 90 days).
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and driver’s license for in‑person work.
• U.S. work eligibility and travel required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

• RBT certification.
• Spanish‑speaking.
