Job Description:
A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is a licensed RCP who has been registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care after successful completion of the required education, experience, and examination requirements. The RRT/RCP performs all respiratory care modalities for all patient populations in routine, emergency, and critical situations.
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care (Preferred)
- BLS and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support certification required for all RTs at the Concord Medical Center campus.
- Respiratory Therapists receiving their initial RRT credential prior to July 1st, 2002 will not have to renew per NBRC guidelines to maintain their RRT credential.
- Respiratory Therapists receiving their initial RRT certification after July 1st, 2002 will be required to renew every 5 years per NBRC guidelines to maintain their RRT credential and meet the minimum requirements of the job description.

- Registered Respiratory Therapist - NBRC (Required)
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (Required)
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association (Required)
- ACCS Adult Critical Care Specialist - NBRC (Preferred)
Work Shift: 12:00 - 18:00 - 07:00 No Waive (United States of America)
Pay Range$60.51 - $84.59 Hourly
Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note:
Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
