- Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Orinda, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls and ensure client safety

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional demeanor

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
