Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote must work standard PST shift hours (CA, OR, WA, CO, GA, VA, DC, MD)

• 3 – 5 years related analyst experience
• MS Excel; pivots, filters, can manipulate data
• Excelling communication skills, collaborative, self‑start, can interact with leadership/stakeholders
• Production support experience – highly preferred
• Healthcare experience – highly preferred
• Jazz, Service Now – preferred

• Part of  Project team
• They do not want very technical candidates as this is not a super technical role
• Tons of  projects in motion and lots of busy work – this candidate will help support regular staff SME's with day to day
• Production support/Monitoring production,  validation that's done daily, making sure  look the way they're supposed to look, running weekly/daily/monthly reports for e
• Might have situations pop up throughout the day that will need their support. Examples:
  • Production issue (i.e. a file failed and they'll have to work with vendor or other team to resolve)
  • Researching for email support (i.e. a Healthcare Stakeholder emailed that they didn't get their traveling card – this person would research the different application/systems that store this information, look up when  mailed out and which vendor produced , etc.)
• Reporting is done from Excel and emailed out to stakeholders
• Won't be doing UAT work – knowledge of UAT is helpful
