• Gather and document requirements for operational analytics projects related to healthcare claims
• Analyze healthcare claims data and validate data integrity using SQL and Snowflake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for Grievances and Appeals
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve data issues
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and data mappings

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience with healthcare claims data and domain knowledge, preferably at a payor
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience with data mapping, profiling, and documentation in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with Grievance and Appeal data processes

• Experience with the Snowflake data platform
• Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
• Background in operational analytics and data validation
