• Plan and execute platform upgrade activities for high‑availability applications

• Write Jira stories and lead story grooming sessions with team members
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and write queries for analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Finance/Banking domain experience required
• Minimum educational requirement: BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced Agile environment and adapt to change

• Experience working with AWS
• Familiarity with Documentum and/or Business Process Management
