- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, manage solutions, and support application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with development and AI teams to integrate AI capabilities, Copilot Studio agents, Azure OpenAI, and automated workflows into business applications.
