We are actively seeking Claims Attorneys located in Concord, CA with the following qualifications:

• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense, claims litigation, or personal injury.
• Deep understanding of insurance law, civil procedure, and claims handling practices.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to support hybrid and/or onsite role in Concord, CA-based office.
• JD Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of CA.

Support our Fortune 500 corporate clients on the following:

• Dynamic project work that varies in length and is conducted remotely or hybrid depending on client needs.
• Analyze and advise on complex insurance claims, including coverage evaluation, liability, damages, and settlement strategy.
• Manage litigation files from start to finish—drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Partner with claims adjusters and internal teams to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Develop and execute resolution strategies that minimize risk and litigation costs.
• Negotiate directly with claimants, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting across all assigned cases.
• Compensation commensurate with experience and complexity of engagement.
