Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Bradford & Barthel, LLP is seeking workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California.

Job location:

California, United States – remote/hybrid options available. California residency not required.

Salary range: $100,000 – $220,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred; active California State Bar membership in good standing required. Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
