We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. We are looking for a Senior Attorney to join our fast‑paced Business Real Estate team in our Concord office. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience with a strong client service skillset.

Compensation$150k–$250k annually + bonus.
SchedulePosition is full‑time, exempt. Business hours are 8:30 am‑5:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm Friday.
Hybrid Work ModelNew hire employees offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of onboarding and training in‑office as deemed necessary before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
Responsibilities- Provide legal representation to clients, assessing facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately.
- Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business.
- Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and within the industry.
- Represent the firm internally and externally.
- Take on cases from inception to close with little to no oversight.
- Other duties as needed to support legal and management goals of the department.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- J.D. and an active California Bar license.
- 7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.
- Previous litigation experience.
- Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics.
- Ability to multi‑task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently.
- Previous experience in real estate law.
- Previous trial experience.
- Experience with Pro Law or other billing and document management program.
