Are you a high-energy, results-driven leader with a passion for developing sales talent and delivering world-class customer experiences? Future Hyundai of Concord is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help lead our high-volume, high-growth dealership.

What You’ll Do- Lead and coach a team of Sales Professionals to exceed goals in volume, gross, and CSI.
- Desk deals, close customers, and ensure deals are structured to maximize both front-end and back-end profitability.
- Drive internet lead conversion by coaching Sales Professionals on timely, consistent follow-up (no BDC—your team owns it).
- Confirm all daily appointments, either directly or by partnering with another Sales Manager.
- Support a world-class customer experience, intervening when needed and following up on negative CSI responses.
- Run daily huddles, conduct weekly 1:1s, and lead monthly team performance reviews.
- Monitor and enforce CRM discipline, customer follow-up, and inventory awareness.
- An experienced automotive leader (3+ years) with a proven track record of team success.
- A confident deal-desker and closer who thrives on the floor—not just behind a desk.
- A coach and culture builder who leads by example and expects accountability.
- Tech-savvy and CRM-fluent (Vin Solutions, Dealer Socket, Elead, etc.).
- Obsessed with customer experience, reputation management, and long-term loyalty.
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact every day.
💰 Base Salary: $6,000/month 💼 Commission Structure:
Monthly draw against commissions of $2,000 📈 Earning Potential:
Guaranteed annual compensation of $96,000. Total monthly compensation (salary + commissions) can be up to $20,000 based on performance. This is a full-time, exempt position with a combination of salary, draw, and commission-based earnings.
