JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee grocery store renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing construction projects, particularly in the retail or grocery store sector, and the ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors to drive project success.

The Remodel Superintendent should also possess the skills to mentor and develop future construction leaders. This role requires problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry,
• Required experience in remodeling grocery stores (e.g., Kroger, Aldi, Lidl, Walmart Supercenter, Target, Costco, etc.).
• Preferred experience in the ground‑up construction of at least one grocery store.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding and general and special conditions to ensure overall project success.
• Proven ability to maintain construction schedules and perform regular updates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Effective communication with the project team, providing and receiving feedback to foster success.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations.
• Strong skills in coordinating subcontractor work scopes and scheduling.
