FUTURE FORD/LINCOLN OF CONCORD PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Future Ford/Lincoln of Concord is seeking an experienced Automotive technician. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Pay Scale:
The Production Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.00. This position may also include an assigned unit value that may range from $0.00 (if no baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. This position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Our technicians can earn as much as $15,000 per month!!, depending on their productivity Apply at:

Expectations:

· The Ideal candidate will have a customer first attitude with a focus on productivity.

· A willingness and ability to work well with others including writers, parts department, and other technicians.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Perform maintenance and repair on used vehicles.

· Complete PDIs (Pre delivery inspections).

· Perform recalls.

· Report concerns to the service manager.

· Complete all training as directed by the employee handbook and the service manager.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Required 1+ year of experience with Ford/Lincoln

· Some post-secondary automotive training

· High school diploma or GED

· Results-oriented self-starter

· Demonstrated desire to learn new processes and adapt quickly.
