Gilbane Building Company is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Specialist to lead strategic proposal and marketing activities within our Federal Division. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who excels at managing complex pursuits, crafting compelling content, and driving brand visibility. Responsibilities
  • Independently lead the development and production of qualifications, proposals, and presentations with a focus on quality, creativity, and meeting client deadlines
  • Manage pursuit processes directly with Business Development (BD) teams, ensuring alignment and strategic messaging
  • Display strong abilities in ensuring proposals and other submittals are fully compliant with all aspects of RFP/Q technical, contractual, and pricing requirements
  • Craft compelling content that highlights Gilbane’s differentiators, project experience, and client value
  • Ensure all external content and deliverables align with Gilbane’s brand standards and messaging guidelines
  • Active participant in presell meetings and strategic brainstorms
  • Lead marketing campaigns, branded content, awards and speaking submissions, and event support to enhance market visibility
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, website content, social media, and digital campaigns
