Registered Nurse

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Registered Nurse located in Concord, CA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high‑quality patient care, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with teams to implement care plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and families about care plans and treatments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols.

• Strong clinical and technical nursing skills, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple patients and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, including using electronic health record systems.
• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus.
• Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred but not required.
• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to patient‑centered care.
