Quality Systems Coordinator – Concord, CA

LHH is teaming up with a biotechnology organization in Concord, CA to support quality compliance and documentation processes
.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable organization focused on advancing innovative solutions in the biotech space. You’ll play a key part in maintaining ISO
13485 standards and ensuring quality documentation is accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in quality systems within a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of ISO
13485 and hands‑on experience with document control processes are essential. You should be comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet compliance requirements.

• Maintain and update quality documentation in compliance with ISO
  13485 standards.
• Oversee document control processes, including creation, revision, and archival.
• Support internal audits and assist with corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• ISO
  13485 experience required.
• Background in quality systems and document control within a regulated industry required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with quality management systems and related tools.

Job Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Fully on‑site in Concord, CA

Hours: Standard business hours

Pay Rate: $28‑$30/hour, depending on experience
