Responsibilities The Federal Quality Control Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of Gilbane’s Quality Control program across its portfolio of Federal projects, ensuring consistent compliance with contract requirements, Federal agency standards, and Gilbane’s enterprise quality practices. Serving as the functional leader for Federal QC personnel, this role oversees QC staffing and qualifications, project-specific QC plans, audits, corrective actions, performance metrics, and the development and training of Quality Control Managers supporting projects globally.
