Quality Assurance Specialist I
Location: Concord, CA
Pay: $29/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist I to support laboratory quality assurance activities in a GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for reviewing analytical data, laboratory documentation, reports, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) to ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific field
• 0-2 years of laboratory, pharmaceutical, Quality Assurance, or regulated industry experience
• GMP or Quality Assurance experience preferred but not required

• Review analytical data, reports, CoAs, and laboratory documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Identify and communicate documentation discrepancies and quality concerns
• Support investigations involving deviations, OOS/OOT results, and other quality events
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Quality Systems, and data integrity requirements
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel and QA management to support timely client deliverables

• Knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
