Specializing in Tax Credit (Section 42) properties, we are proud to offer an opportunity at our 148‑unit Senior Community in Concord, CA.

This is a non‑exempt, part‑time position with a 3‑day work schedule for a total of 20 hours per week. Salary is competitive, starting at $23–$25 per hour.

• Work with the Community Manager to effectively manage the property and accomplish property objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and property owner.
• Assist the Community Manager in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.
• Assume all responsibilities associated with property objectives in the Community Manager’s absence.

• Minimum six (6) months of on‑site property management experience at a Tax Credit (Section 42) property.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with YARDI Voyager is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
