Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer’s

Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Establish and maintain Guest Services, support the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands: >8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work up to 38 hours per week. Full-time.
