• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with other associates to support a strong meat team; communicate with teammates; be flexible to cover other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintain operational excellence, ensure quality and date control, secure fragile/high-shrink items, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high quality service and products, convey energy and commitment, and advocate for the member’s experience in the meat area.

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet and thank members, and maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all work areas; follow company policies and procedures; assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; communicate progress and information; identify priorities and deadlines; adapt to change and feedback.
