• Positions: Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor

• Lead and develop a motivated team, foster a positive environment, and set performance goals.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, oversee store operations, and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, analyze sales data, and implement marketing initiatives to boost community engagement and brand presence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills for sales data and budget management.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 5 days work week; 44 hours on average, increased during peak seasons.
• Reliable transportation and fluency in English.

• Prolonged standing, occasional climbing, lifting 5-25 lbs, and visual acuity required.

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.

• Assistant Manager: $17.50 - $19.00/hr plus bonuses.
• Supervisor: $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
• Full-time roles include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
