Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, demonstrate integrity, and support store-specific business objectives while assisting with key operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
• Work with minimal to moderate supervision; stay focused on store-specific business objectives.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to respond to operational concerns.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and provide good customer service.
