We re looking for a charismatic, outgoing hustler with massive spheres of influence who is a natural-born relationship builder and lead-generating machine. If you can start a conversation anywhere — from little league games to coffee shop lines — you re the perfect fit for our squad.
Your success hinges on your ability to source your own leads. If that s not your style, this ain t the gig for you. But, if you ve got a vast network, an unstoppable drive to connect, and a coachable mindset, you ll crush it with us. We support you with total assistance to help you close leads 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities- Source your own leads and set up appointments.
- Make high-volume calls—starting from 15 or more per day up to 100 as needed.
- Visit 'open houses'—starting from 5 per weekend up to 50 as required.
- Operate beyond traditional banking hours; pick up the phone after 5 pm to maximize performance.
Show grit and be prepared to “do whatever it takes” to smash your goals in the mortgage game. This role demands time, tenacity, and a passion for high-energy sales.
