Major Account Executive

Overview

Outside Sales Executive, San Ramon, CA territory. Sell Toshiba digital office solutions, including multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions (e‑BRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage), as well as other non-Toshiba products within the territory.

• Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads.
• Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
• Drive net new business through prospecting and a high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns.
• Work with clients to understand objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where opportunities exist. Develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinate sale terms and client training. Act as an ambassador and representative for Toshiba.
• Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and objective-driven prospecting; identify key areas of opportunity for new business and conduct required sales reporting.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of successful outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Base pay range: $10,000.00/yr - $/yr
• First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $138,600 (approximate).
• Manufacturer incentive programs average earnings $4,000-$10,000.
