Account Executive
Location: Remote with local travel in Northern California (Must reside in Northern CA)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 annually +
Uncapped Commission
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to handle reagent, consumable, and instrument sales in Northern California.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of reagents, consumables, and instruments across Northern California.
- Manage and grow an established client base while pursuing new opportunities.
- Conduct field visits 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days dedicated to administrative tasks.
- Build relationships with labs and healthcare organizations.
- Deliver quick turnaround on deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
- Collaborate with external sales training and pipeline development teams (100+ qualified leads monthly).
- Represent the company professionally during virtual and in-person meetings with clients.
- Proven experience in life sciences sales—Immunohistochemistry or related space is key.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to understand client needs and product offerings.
- Experience selling to labs, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Ability to travel throughout Northern California (Bay Area to Sacramento).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shorter deal cycles.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Must reside in the Bay Area for local travel.
- Competitive base salary ($125k–$135k) +
uncapped commission
