Account Executive

Location: Remote with local travel in Northern California (Must reside in Northern CA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 annually +
Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to handle reagent, consumable, and instrument sales in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of reagents, consumables, and instruments across Northern California.
  • Manage and grow an established client base while pursuing new opportunities.
  • Conduct field visits 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days dedicated to administrative tasks.
  • Build relationships with labs and healthcare organizations.
  • Deliver quick turnaround on deals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with external sales training and pipeline development teams (100+ qualified leads monthly).
  • Represent the company professionally during virtual and in-person meetings with clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in life sciences sales—Immunohistochemistry or related space is key.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to understand client needs and product offerings.
  • Experience selling to labs, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
  • Ability to travel throughout Northern California (Bay Area to Sacramento).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shorter deal cycles.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Must reside in the Bay Area for local travel.
