Join us in supporting a customer‑first team in the equipment rental industry. Our fleet spans pumps, scaffolding, construction tools, aerial work platforms, and specialty equipment. We value knowledgeable staff and invest in training.

• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and advanced repairs at customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Handle fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction equipment, power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
• Maintain well‑organized, high‑quality work.
• Carry necessary mechanical tools.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1‑2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age; CDL license may be required by some locations).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work indoors/outdoors.

Base Pay Range: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour (may vary by location, education, training, and experience). For more information on benefits and

Achieve full benefits eligibility after 30 days from start date, effective the first of the month following. Paid time off includes vacation days (12–25 days depending on service years), sick days, holidays, floating holidays, and volunteer/serving days.
