JC Climate Control Technologies Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC-R Technician to join our growing team in Concord, CA! • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across residential and/or commercial equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R units to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed

• Proven experience as an HVAC-R Technician or similar role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC-R equipment efficiently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
