We are seeking a highly efficient, organized and motivated Project Manager to be a part of the growing team. You will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the Principal. You will be working closely with the Principal managing the schedules and communicating with clients on the Principal’s behalf. To be successful in this role you should be well organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for clients, contractors, and other external consultants
- Assist with the coordination of client meetings and preparation of presentations
- Create proposals, invoices and purchase orders for all projects
- Attend meetings, site visits and business development events as needed
- Maintain and organize project documents, and materials throughout all project stages; including server files, drawings, schedules and physical samples
- Schedule product deliveries and project installs
- Ensure project timelines and client expectations are met
- Take minutes during meetings when needed
- Assist the team in maintaining the office and sample library
- Manage company email inbox while filtering and handling the most sensitive matters
- Take initiative, work independently and collaboratively with the team and outside consultants
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in project management support functions
- Proficient with iOS, Google Suite, and project management software; experience with Studio Designer or similar software a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Flexibility and calm under pressure, taking the high road to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively with the team and outside consultants
- Hybrid Part-Time: some weekly time in Concord, MA office required
