Reporting to the President of ITF Therapeutics US, the Chief of Staff will operate at the center of ITF Therapeutics, serving as a strategic thought partner to the President and an integrator across the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will help shape enterprise priorities, improve the quality and speed of decision-making, translate strategy into coordinated execution, and continuously evolve the operating model as ITF scales into a rare disease portfolio company that make a positive contribution to a range of patient communities.

The successful candidate will be comfortable framing ambiguous problems, challenging and influencing senior leaders, navigating a global/local matrix, and moving fluidly between enterprise-level strategic questions and hands-on execution. The Chief of Staff will work across functions without displacing functional ownership, stepping in where issues span organizational boundaries, ownership is unclear, or additional enterprise leadership is required.
