Location: Concord, MA (Full-Time, In Office)

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + participation in advisor book growth

About the Opportunity

A well-established wealth management firm based in the Concord area is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support 2–3 Advisors. The firm serves a sophisticated private wealth and institutional client base and offers a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.

The Role

This Client Service Associate will play a critical role in supporting Advisors with client service and portfolio operations. The position is fully in office and well suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with Advisors and contributing to a high-touch client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to 2–3 Advisors
  • Open and maintain client accounts, including onboarding and documentation
  • Execute and monitor portfolio transactions and money movements
  • Prepare portfolio reports and materials for client meetings and prospective clients
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing and ongoing account maintenance
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Deliver a high level of service to both current and prospective clients
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in a client service, operations, or support role within wealth management or financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills and a client-first mindset
