Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)

Schedule: Part‑Time | 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary: We are looking for reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our dynamic 3rd Shift team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support and structure for clients throughout the night, helping to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while ensuring daily routines and programming run smoothly.

• Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior during the shift
• Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
• Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
• Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
• Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision
• Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a similar setting

• Be part of a newly launched program in Concord, MA
• Consistent 3rd Shift schedule (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
