Interventional Radiology Technologist - Per Diem
Reporting to the Lead Technologist, Diagnostic Radiology, the IR Technologist uses ionizing radiation to produce images of tissues, organs, bones and vessels that assist in the diagnosis of disease or injury during IVR procedures.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college, appropriate military training, or graduate of a JRCERT accredited program.
- Previous experience as a radiologic technologist preferred.
- Previous experience in IVR preferred.
- Registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible within 6 months of hire required.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Massachusetts required.
- BLS healthcare provider required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Computer proficient including PACS and HIS/RIS.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Maintain confidential information required.
