Home Health Aide Hiring Event (June‑July 2025)

Full‑time, part‑time, flexible hours with immediate shifts. Every Friday 1‑5 pm ET in Waltham. Salary $19‑22 /hr based on experience. Bring your certificates for an on‑site interview and a job offer.

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
  • Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable program.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Licensed driver with insured, reliable automobile and proof of insurance.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care.
  • Preferred: one year of documented caregiver or home‑care experience.
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Proficient in English: read, write, speak, and understand effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks.
