Clinical Social Worker - Full Time

32-40 hours per week | Flexible scheduling

Reporting to the Social Work Supervisor, the Clinical Social Worker provides compassionate, patient-centered social work services to patients and their families across the hospital setting. The Clinical Social Worker delivers both direct and indirect social work services, supporting patients and families as they navigate the psychosocial aspects of illness, treatment, and recovery. The role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work

• Prior hospital experience required
• Strong understanding of the psychosocial impact of illness and disease on individuals and family systems

• LCSW required
• LICSW preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
