Senior Innovation Application Analyst

Responsible for driving the identification, implementation, and optimization of emerging technologies that solve business and clinical challenges. Reports to the Applications Manager and bridges the gap between IT, operations, and innovation initiatives.

Key role in evaluating and applying new tools such as automation, advanced analytics, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions to improve system performance, enhance workflows, and support strategic transformation across the organization. Ideal candidate is a curious problem‑solver who translates technology opportunities into practical, high‑impact solutions that benefit both patients and providers.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analysis, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably including application support, business systems analysis, or technology implementation.
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR or similar healthcare platforms is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, AI‑enhanced tools such as Co‑Pilot, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and data analytics.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Computer skills required; ability to maintain confidential information.
