As the Associate Director, HCP Marketing at ITF Therapeutics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical initiatives to engage and collaborate with healthcare professionals in the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) disease space.
Reporting to the Director, HCP Marketing, you will work closely with internal and field teams, along with external vendors and partners. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's brand perception and driving awareness for our in-market product DUVYZAT (givinostat) in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare, genetic, neuromuscular disease.
This role will be hybrid, so candidates applying must be willing and able to come to our office in Concord, MA on a weekly basis, in addition to travel for business/team need.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic development and execution of HCP marketing strategy for personal and non-personal channels
- Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programs
- Identify and execute campaigns through effective communication channels targeting the HCP market segment
- Lead sales insights council and incorporate insights to create dynamic content that will engage and educate HCPs about DUVYZAT
- Support co-creation of educational materials about DUVYZAT and/or DMD with Key Opinion Leaders
- Effectively navigate medical, legal and regulatory review to drive projects to completion
- Establish and manage strong working relationships with agencies and partner organizations to support marketing initiatives

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant and progressive experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical marketing
- 3+ years of experience with HCP marketing
- Proven ability to manage agencies, partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in rare and/or neurological disorders
- Bachelor or advanced degree in genetic counseling, nursing, public health, or social work
- Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations as they pertain to HCP engagement and marketing initiatives
- Experience with digital media, CRM, analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including weekends and overnights
Additional Information:
The base compensation range for this role is: $200,000 - $215,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
