We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, HCP Marketing, to drive impactful marketing initiatives within the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) therapeutic area.

This individual will play a key role in helping to develop and execute tactical programs to engage and collaborate with health care professionals (HCPs), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead critical operational initiatives to optimize marketing team performance and deliver measurable results.

Reporting the Director, HCP Marketing, this role will be Hybrid with the ability to commute to Concord, MA on a frequent basis.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of key initiatives in support of ITFs greater marketing strategy including congress, peer-to-peer and product theater materials.
  • Effectively navigate all MLR submissions and requirements pertaining to assigned marketing initiatives
  • Oversee ITF commercial activities at customer engagements including conferences, congresses, and advisory boards
  • Lead cross functional planning team meetings for key congresses
  • Organize and manage the implementation of speaking engagements and speaker bureau programs, and related training, ensuring compliance with company policies, standard procedures and business rules
  • Marketing operations to include oversight of key vendors including print and fulfillment, speaker bureau, conference and advisory boards partners
  • Monitor the day-to-day marketing budget to ensure projects stay within scope

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant and progressive experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical marketing
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing operations

Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience in rare and/or neurological disorders
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in genetic counseling, nursing, public health, or social work
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives
  • Thorough knowledge of PhRMA guidelines and Sunshine Act
  • Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong project management skills and leading a cross-functional team to drive projects to completion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including weekends and overnights

Additional Information:

The base compensation range for this role is: $175,000 - $200,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
