Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Nights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location:

Concord, MA (Brand‑New Facility – Opening Soon!)

Schedule:

Full-time or Part‑time
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
• Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects
• Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols
• Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols
• Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions
• Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion
• Perform other nursing‑related duties as assigned

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
• At least one year experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred
• Preferred: background working with co‑occurring disorders and detox protocols

• Base Pay: $34–$35/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: additional pay for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
