Location: Concord, MA (Brand‑New Facility – Opening Soon!)
Schedule: Per Diem
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

PositionSummary
We are eagerly seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic clinical team and support the medical needs of adult clients in residential substance use treatment. The LPN plays a vital role in client care through nursing assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the broader clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects
- Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols
- Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols
- Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions
- Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality
- Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
- Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion
- Perform other nursing‑related duties as assigned
- Licensure:
Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Massachusetts - Certifications:
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required - Experience:
At least one year in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred - Preferred:
Background working with co‑occurring disorders and detox protocols
- Base Pay: $34–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:
