Seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adult clients in residential SUD treatment. Key duties include nursing assessments, medication administration, collaboration with the clinical team, and meticulous documentation.

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects and side effects.
• Provide care in alignment with detoxification protocols.
• Complete COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol.
• Educate clients on medications and health conditions.
• Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments.
• Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality.
• Ensure medical equipment functions safely.
• Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion.
• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification.
• Minimum of one year experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting (preferred).
• Background working with co‑occurring disorders and detox protocols (preferred).

• Base pay: $34–$35/hour (based on experience).
• Shift differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
