Job Description & How to Apply Below

Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals—including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts—to advance our mission as a not‑for‑profit organization. We support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care.

Mass General Brigham’s Medical Group is a system‑led entity established to provide patient‑centered, high‑quality, and innovative community‑based ambulatory care. The initiative is part of a unified system strategy that brings health‑care services closer to patients while reducing overall costs. The group offers primary and specialty care, behavioral and mental health services, urgent care, outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion services, with delivery digitally and at physical locations across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Our Concord Family Medicine office performs physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventive care for patients of all ages. The goal is to identify and control patients’ health risks before they become problems—diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses and promoting overall well‑being.

We are seeking an experienced, full‑time 40‑hour Nurse Practitioner to support our office located at 80 Beharrell Street, Concord MA, 01742. The NP will work Monday‑Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule will include 32 hours of clinical, patient‑facing time and 8 hours of administrative work. The NP may select a preferred administrative day (any day except Monday or Friday) and can perform that day remotely.

This office serves a large pediatric population. The NP will have a panel of approximately 900 patients, enhancing practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while providing excellent care—including traditional primary care visits and same‑day sick appointments. Providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while functioning as part of a team.
