We are currently seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our exceptional behavioral healthcare team. This role offers flexibility while providing meaningful clinical support to clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, manage sick calls, and prepare discharge plans (including physician orders and prescriptions when prescriptive authority is held).
• Provide medical support and resources for adult residential and detox services.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists as appropriate, in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Partner with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost‑effective upon discharge and assist with prior authorization requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Massachusetts.
