Travel Nurse Source is partnering with Openwork Health to provide a qualified Medical‑Surgical RN with experience in general medical‑surgical care to a facility in Concord, MA (ZIP 01742). The role focuses on delivering high‑quality nursing care in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a medical‑surgical unit.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Assess patient conditions, document findings, and update care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license active in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical‑surgical setting.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to rotating assignments and travel nursing expectations.
