Hours: 7p-7:30a

Pay Range: $35.01 - $68.65 per hour

As a Registered Nurse at our Medical-Surgical Adult & Pediatric Unit, you'll provide comprehensive care for both adult and pediatric patients in a supportive, team-focused environment. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative care team where every shift brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and provide exceptional care.

• Deliver safe, age-appropriate nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
• Create, modify, and document individualized plans of care for patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver holistic care.
• Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for recovery and health management.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Participate in unit projects and hospital initiatives to improve patient care.
• Mentor and support fellow nurses through preceptorship and professional development.
• Uphold patient rights, privacy, and dignity in every interaction.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS preferred.
• One to two years of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with computers and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
