• Facility: Emerson Hospital
• PR: $40/Hour on W2 $ 1600/Weekly
• Gross Weekly: $3040
• Location: 133 Old Rd to 9 Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Every third weekend | Every other holiday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU setting
• Monitor and assess patient condition, including vitals, lab results, and overall stability
• Administer medications, IV drips, infusions, and blood products as ordered
• Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, and critical care equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Meditech
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, care plans, and recovery expectations
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations
• Support unit workflow and assist team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• ACLS & BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience – Required
• Meditech Experience – Required
