Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol in Concord, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for all. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities, including security-related hazards, to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control procedures, including checking identification and monitoring entry and exit points, to help to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Support Allied Universal and healthcare facility staff during emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical emergencies, by following established protocols.
- Document all incidents, observations, and activities clearly and accurately as required by site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
