Suntrup Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, messages, and customer inquiries. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys helping people. You'll support both our sales and service departments by managing communication and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Answer inbound calls for all departments (sales, service, parts) and route them appropriately

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a professional tone

• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM

• Support timely follow-up by coordinating internal tasks and notes

• Perform light administrative duties as needed to support communication and service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and efficient with attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multi-line phone systems

• Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus (but not required)
