YourRole and Responsibilities:
In this dynamic position, you will:
- Utilize the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for the care of your assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
- Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
- License: Current RN license in the state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
