As a Regional Float Pool RN , you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional behavioral health patient care during night shifts across St. Louis and its surrounding communities. In this dynamic position, you will:

• Utilize the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care of your assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
• Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
